Submitted papers were peer reviewed by program committees, and accepted papers after registration and presentation were published in the ICSeB 2023 Conference Proceedings by  ACM International Conference Proceedings Series, which will be archived in the ACM Digital Library, and indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus.

 

 

 

2023 7th International Conference on Software and e-Business (ICSeB 2023) was held in Osaka, Japan successfully during December 21-23, 2023.

Sponsored jointly by Kindai University, Japan, and Southern University of Science and Technology, China, ICEBM 2023 brought together a diverse array of academics, researchers, and practitioners from around the globe. The conference fostered insightful discussions and innovative ideas aimed at addressing the multifaceted challenges facing the fields of economics, business, and management in the contemporary world.

 

Opening Remarks

Assoc. Prof. Masateru Tsunoda, Kindai University, Japan  commenced with a warm welcome on behalf of the organizing committee, extending gratitude to all participants for their presence and contributions.

Keynote Speakers

Renowned scholars and industry experts delivered keynote addresses, offering profound insights into the pressing issues facing economics, business, and management in the contemporary world. Among them were:

Prof. Calton Pu from Georgia Tech, USA, whose speech titled "Evolution of Knowledge and Software in an Evolving World" explored the dynamic relationship between technological advancement, knowledge dissemination, and societal progress.

Prof. Lili Yang from Southern University of Science and Technology, China, presented "Adaptive Public Health Strategies in the Pandemic: Insights from the UK and China’s Policy Transitions," offering valuable lessons and strategies drawn from comparative analyses of public health responses to the global pandemic.

Prof. Minho Jo from Korea University, South Korea, discussed "ChatGPT and Large Language Model for e-Biz," highlighting the transformative potential of advanced language models in revolutionizing e-commerce practices and enhancing customer engagement.

Prof. Francisco Javier Blanco-Encomienda from the University of Granada, Spain, delivered a speech titled "Opportunities, Challenges, and Trends in E-commerce Businesses," providing a comprehensive overview of the evolving landscape of e-commerce and the emerging opportunities and challenges for businesses in the digital age.

From macroeconomic trends to organizational dynamics, each keynote speech provided a thought-provoking exploration of key themes and trends shaping the global landscape.

Invited Speakers

ICEBM 2023 featured a series of invited speeches from distinguished guests, adding depth and diversity to the conference program. These speeches addressed a wide range of topics, including emerging technologies, sustainable development, and globalization, offering fresh perspectives and sparking lively discussions among attendees.
